Hotel Sri Malim - Tanjong Malim

We liked this great hotel and had a good time. The staff was very friendly, providing a good service. We booked great value rooms with 2 single beds, the queen sized bedrooms. Everything here was fine. The location was strategic - near restaurants and coffee store.

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the complementary drinks and snacks that were provided in the room upon arrival. the hotel was located within walking distance of several popular restaurants and cafes. Another positive aspect was the beautiful view from the window of my room.

My experience was marred by several negative aspects. the room was quite cramped with barely enough space to move around.

The hotel's location is convenient with nearby restaurants and food stalls within walking distance. The check-in process is fast and there are available parking spots. The rooms and bathrooms are clean with good water pressure and functioning air conditioning.

There have been reports of insect and cigarette smoke problems in some rooms.

The convenience of having free water and a hot iron at this hotel was great! the location was perfect for our stay as there were plenty of food options and grocery stores within walking distance. The cleanliness of the place was also impressive and much appreciated.

The towels provided could use some updating as they appeared old and worn. the lack of larger blankets for the queen-sized bed made it difficult for my partner and I to get a comfortable night's sleep.

The hotel's location near UPSI university was convenient. The staff provided a free room upgrade, accommodating three people comfortably. The room had all basic necessities and was decently maintained. Good value for money.
